P&P Remodeling was founded in 2021 by Homero Pardi, who brings the same preparation, accountability, and attention to detail that defined a two-decade career in elite collegiate athletics to every jobsite. Investors, property owners, and management companies work with P&P because schedules are respected, scopes are clear, and the finished product holds up to inspection.

A career in coaching

Homero Pardi entered his eighth season as an assistant coach for the Ohio State field hockey program in 2021. He joined the Buckeyes' staff in July 2014 after serving for two seasons as an assistant coach at Rider University. In his seven seasons on Ohio State's staff, the Buckeyes won 59 games, and he coached a pair of All-Americans (Peanut Johnson and Mackenzie Allessie) along with 14 NFHCA All-West Region selections.

At Rider, he helped the Broncs win the 2012 Northeast Conference regular season and tournament titles and the 2013 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference regular-season championship, with 28 wins over his final two seasons. He coached the MAAC co-Player of the Year, the Rookie of the Year, and a Longstreth/NFHCA Mid-Atlantic All-Region second team selection.

From 2008-11, Pardi coached at Princeton, where the Tigers were a perennial top-10 team and advanced to the 2009 Final Four; his duties included scouting analysis, practice planning, and video breakdown. Prior to Princeton, he was an assistant at Georgetown from 2003-2007 and Kent State from 2002-2003.

He has served as coaching director of Champion's Edge Field Hockey since 2003, a program of camps and clinics for players ages 8-12, and coaches and directs youth Olympic development programs (Futures) in the Midwest and Florida, along with High Performance training sites. Pardi is an accredited Level II Coach by USFHA and earned his Coach Educator accreditation in 2017.

A member of several Venezuelan national teams, Pardi played on the 2002 Indoor Pan American Cup team and in the 2000 America's Cup. He participated in the Junior Pan American Championship in 1996 and 2000, the Pan American Clubs Championship from 1999 to 2001, and the Central American and Caribbean Games, where his team finished fourth overall. In May 2004, he played in the Pan American Cup in Canada.

Pardi earned a bachelor's degree in Spanish with a minor in psychology from Rider University in 2013 and a master's degree in sport coaching from Ohio State in 2019.
